|Originally from Canada’s capital city, JP made a name for himself working up the ranks in Ottawa’s top restaurants. He then set his sights on Vancouver, where at age 26, he was the youngest chef to win Vancouver's highly-publicized Master Chef Competition. JP brought his culinary touch to several renowned Vancouver restaurants, and eventually oversaw the complete culinary operations for the Canadian Olympic team during the 2010 Olympic Games. Again in 2014, at the request of the Canadian Olympic Committee, JP travelled to Sochi Russia to cook for notables and athletes at the XXII Winter Games. With the success of two Olympics, JP was asked to lead the culinary program for USA at the 2016 summer Olympics in Rio De Janeiro. JP has cooked for professional athletes, celebrities, and a wide variety of dignitaries such as President Clinton and The Rolling Stones. He can currently be found as a culinary consultant in multiple kitchens across Hawaii.|
