Stand Up Paddling Boarding (SUP) is a growing water sport easily accessible to all skill levels. It provides a relaxing experience to enjoy the calm surrounding waters. The boarding session can also offer a full body workout while enjoying serene ocean views. Experience exclusive world-class coaching and ocean awareness with a member of Surf into Yoga's coaching team. They will share their knowledge and expertise of wave riding, understanding the swells and reefs and how to improve your stand up paddling ability.
SUP lessons include a surfboard, leash, and rash guard.
1-2 People: 1 SUP Coach
3-6 People: 2 SUP Coaches
7-8 People: 3 SUP Coaches
Duration: 90 Minutes
