MASSAGE TYPES:

• Lomi Lomi – A traditional Hawaiian deep healing massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the mast healers of Hawaii. Using flow energy with long continuing strokes combined with loving touch, Lomi Lomi massage relaxes the entire being and assist in letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviors that cause limitations stored in the cells of our bodies.
• Sports Massage – Typically used on athletes before and after rigorous training and competing, but you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from the techniques of sports massage. It is a variety of techniques, using cross fiber friction against the muscles, some compression, and rocking the body to release tension.
• Deep Tissue Body Work – Focusing on structural alignment, lengthening shortened connective tissue, clearing old injuries and chronic pain, releasing the body from stress due to lack of blood flow, trauma, habitual patterns and toxins. Unwinding tissue with Chi Kung, internal Chi Nei Tsang and deep connective tissue releasing.
• Doterra Aroma Touch Essential Oil – The doTERRA touch technique addresses the central nervous system releasing stress, toxins and inflammation, boosting the immune system and bringing the body to homeostasis. Includes cranial, sacral and reflexology.

OTHER SPA SERVICES:

• Biofield Tuning: – As we know from physics, everything vibrates. The human physiology is an orchestra of information. At times something can become ‘out-of-tune.’ Coherent frequency in the form of tuning forks can entrain the static and dissonance in the biofield and bring the instrument (our body) back into tune. Biofield Tuning is based on the premise that the human biofield – the energy field that surrounds and permeates our bodies – is inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including all our memories.  All physical, mental, and emotional disorders can be perceived as ‘dissonance’ in our energy fields.  Biofield Tuning is able to diminish and resolve this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms. Tuning forks generate coherent frequency. When introduced into a person’s energy field, the tone, pitch, and/or timber changes in response to the electromagnetic charge at the outer boundary. The earth and sun have a double-layer plasma membrane protecting the organism called the magnetosphere and heliosphere. Anything with an electric current has an electromagnetic field protected by a double plasma membrane, humans are no different. This layer provides the outer boundary for which standing waves of information reside within.
• Vibrational Fascia Release – VFR focuses mainly on the soft “connective” tissue of the body where pain and restriction is a result of collagen fascia fibers and pressurized fluids working together to press against pain receptors, pinch or compress nerve bundles, reduce blood flow, and prevent the lymphatic system from removing fluids from these enclosed “interstitial” spaces. We use a combination of vibration and compression from the tuning fork to directly affect the collagen fascia fibers and compressed fluids where the restriction either “releases” or “resolves” completely to return a restricted area back to normal function.
• Reiki – Reiki is an ancient hands on healing technique using the life force energy from the practitioner’s hands, to promote the healing response in the client. When your life energy is low, it is more difficult to deal with stress; you may not sleep well, and you’re more susceptible to illness. When your life energy is strong, you feel strong, can more easily deal with stress, and less likely to get sick. Reiki is a technique that increase a person’s supply of life energy.
