August Yoga Class Schedule At Koloa Dance House

Aloha my friends,

I’m exited to bring back yoga classes at Koloa Dance House for the month of August. This month the classes will be on Monday’s and Thursday’s evening from 6:30 to 7:30pm.  The classes will focus on a powerful yet restorative Hatha flow.  Naturally a surfer’s flow, designed for recovery and injury prevention.  Applying deep breath work, strengthening the muscles, lengthening the fascia, and building the immune  and nerves system response. In consideration of the pandemic and economy, it will be a cash donation class, bring your own mat and hand towel.
