Liz made her move to the island from the east coast several years ago and has found a deep connection to the island as means to stay grounded and in her natural realm. She practices and teaches a fusion of traditional Ashtanga + Vinyasa flow to turn on the body and reset the nervous system. A good amount of core, small burst of high intensity, and great verbal cues that help percolate consciousness one movement at a time. Her education is in Ashtanga Yoga, as well as extensive study in all things wellness, especially emphasizing the power of adaptogenic-fitness as a means to sustain strength + flexibility. With her wellness passion she started a local business called Laka Living, products made with the finest ingredients for health and wellness.
