Why is Strength Important?
What I learned is that resistance stretching created strength in the muscles, which supports the spine and length in the connective tissue, (fascia) providing more endurance and less pain. Also being aware of over stretching and hanging from your joints brings endurance and loner lasting joints, ligaments, tendons, and discs. Using resistance bands is helpful in building muscle with proper technique. Another awesome benefit of resistant bands is the quick twitch in the muscle fibers sharpening the reaction time of the muscles and the nervous systems response time. Using a full body of breath from the bottom of the pelvic floor to the top of the crown or head bring more oxygen, blood flow, and energy into the body and brain.
